Eventually everywhere! For now it is available on our website.
2. What can I do with all my mamaXsauce's products?

3. Do I need to refrigerate my products?
Always read your labels! Please refrigerate after opening for best quality.
4. What is the shelf life for my products?
Always read your labels! Our sauces are best up to 3 months from the opening date.
5. Where can I find mamaXsauce's products inside my local grocery store?
At this time, mamaXsauce is only available on our website. If you would like to see our sauce in your local grocery store please email us at info@mamaxsauce.com including your name, your local grocery store name, and zip code. We will do our best to bring this to your local store.
6. Why aren't my products refrigerated during shipping?
We do not ship our products refrigerated to reduce the environmental impact of shipping. Any product shipped directly to you from mamaXsauce’s has a shelf life outside of refrigeration for 14 days. Your products are safe to consume. Please read the labels for instructions on when to refrigerate to ensure best taste and quality.
7. Can I recycle these glass bottles?
Yes! To achieve the most environmental value from our packaging, glass, please remember to recycle it after you have finished enjoying our product. May we suggest reusing these glass bottle for your everyday use? Just remember to sterilise the bottle before use (wash thoroughly in hot soapy water, rinse, and drain. Leave jars/bottle slightly wet and put in your microwave 30-45 seconds.

1. Are your products affected by extreme cold weather during shipping ?
Our sauce are free of gums and artificial binders. That's good news for your belly but it means our product may freeze during shipping to extreme cold weather regions. This means the product may separate. The solution is simple, just shake and enjoy! The product still tastes great.
2. Do you ship to APO/FPO Boxes?
Yes! You should be able to checkout on our website.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. All shipments that are imported into Canada are subject to duties and tax assessment by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
**Please note duties, taxes (for example VAT, GST) and any other advancement fees on international shipments will be billed to the recipient by FedEx. These fees are NOT included in the purchase price or shipping cost listed on the website.
4. How does shipping work? When will my order arrive?
*Free shipping offer valid on standard United States domestic orders over $85. May not be combined with other offers. Standard shipping not available in HI, AK and PR or Canada. No promo code needed. Additional fees may apply for expedited, multiple shipping destinations and shipments to HI, AK and PR. Taxes, discounts, donations and shipping fees do not count towards the qualifying amount. Not valid outside of the United States. No adjustments to prior purchases. Not valid for cash.
We do our best to ship most orders within 2-4 business days. If you order on Wednesday, your order will ship the following Monday. Transit time with the shipping provider is not included and can range from 1-14 business days depending on where you are in the country. All orders placed after 2pm EST are considered received the following day.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled (usually within 48 hours of ordering) you will receive a shipment confirmation by email that will include your tracking number. Simply enter the tracking number on Google and select the courier to receive real-time updates on the status of your delivery.
6. My order arrived, but all of my products are not here. What happened?
Often we ship our products in two different boxes (we limit how many bottles go into each box). If the balance of your package doesn't arrive within 5 business days, please send us an email: info@mamaxsauce.com

1. What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, if your product arrived broken or damaged, please contact info@mamaxsauce.com with a photo of the damaged product, and we will send a replacement for free.
